background（会议背景）
the market policy and human capital workshop, which is organized by the peking university research center for market economy (rcme), aims to foster an interdisciplinary exchange of knowledge related to the labor market, human capital, digital economy, and market policy. sessions will include contributed papers, keynote presentations, and panel discussions. scholars (including doctoral students) from all disciplines and practitioners interested in the economic, managerial, and policy aspects of the labor and digital market are all encouraged to submit and/or to attend.
goal / rationale （会议目标）
as the importance of human capital becomes increasingly apparent, the market policy and human capital workshop aims to foster an interdisciplinary exchange of knowledge related to the labor market, health economics, digital economics, and so on. the workshop will invite researchers from all over the world to discuss the latest research results and cutting-edge topics in the fields of labor economics, market policy, and human capital. we aim to provide a platform for excellent young scholars and ph.d. students to communicate and discuss the recent developments in the above areas. we hope to provide opportunities for the attendees to exchange new ideas and learn new knowledge.
